The Opportunity

We are looking for an Associate with 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience to join our Core Real Estate team in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality property transactions for a diverse client base, including institutional investors, developers, and corporate occupiers.

Our Team

The Core Real Estate team in Cardiff forms part of Eversheds Sutherland’s market-leading Real Estate practice. The team is comprised of three Associates, four Senior Associates, two Partners and two Legal Directors. Together, the team advises on all aspects of property law, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings, development projects, and asset management. We work with a wide range of clients, from major UK and international corporates to public sector bodies, delivering pragmatic and commercially focused advice. Collaboration and knowledge sharing are central to our approach, and you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers across the UK network.
