Job Title: Finance Analyst (Project & Finance) – 12-Month Maternity Cover

Location: Reading (hybrid, 2-3 days on-site per week)

Contract: Fixed-term (12 months, maternity cover)

Start Date: Ideally 1st December, or before Christmas

Overview: Join a small finance team of four, supporting key financial processes during a maternity cover. This role involves Excel-based reporting and analysis (macro-driven), assisting with general ledger entries, month-end processes, and maintaining financial accuracy.
