Prioritise health and safety, conducting regular risk assessments and ensuring a secure environment for staff and customers. Play an active role in recruiting and retaining top talent to build a strong and motivated team.
- Sales & Performance: Support in meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving profitability through effective strategies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and sustain store success. Oversee stock levels, ensuring smooth replenishment and accurate delivery management.
