Summary: The role of Project Coordinator involves providing administrative and governance support within the Digital & IT function in Bridgwater. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Controls Manager to administer the programme governance schedule
- Maintain the programme RAID log, ensuring risk, issue and dependency owners are making appropriate updates in a timely manner
- Arrange, attend and chair meetings to communicate progress of PMO delivery, taking minutes and actions
- Configuration of software tools to improve delivery efficiencies
Key Skills:
- Experience in working in a fast-paced project environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Proficient in Office 365 packages
- ADO / PowerBI / SAP / Sharepoint experience is desirable

As a Project Coordinator, you will be providing essential administrative and governance support. You will be managing key governance processes, data cleanse risks and issues, ensuring that documentation and deliverables meet the required standards. You will be working within the Digital & IT function, working within a group of experienced consultant and contractors from different organisation.
Your new role:
- Assist the Project Controls Manager to administer the programme governance schedule
- Maintain the programme RAID log, ensuring risk, issue and dependency owners are making appropriate updated in a timely manner
- Arrange, attend and chair meetings to communicate progress of PMO delivery as well as taking minutes and actions and communicating these to the appropriate owners
- Configuration of software tools to improve delivery efficiencies, driving successful project outcomes
