Summary: The Assistant Finance Business Partner role at Siamo Recruitment Prestatyn involves preparing and presenting financial reports, managing monthly reconciliations, and supporting the Finance Business Partner in leading the Finance function. This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in the Conwy region, requiring strong financial acumen and experience in budget preparation and management accounts. The role also includes undertaking ad-hoc projects and process improvements as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and presenting annual budgets, management accounts, and future forecasts to Managers, the Leadership Team, and Board Members.
- Responsible for monthly reconciliations to ensure accurate information for the Management Accounts.
- Utilising and setting up processes, procedures, and contracts.
- Undertaking ad-hoc projects and identifying process improvements.
- Assisting with statutory accounts as required.
- Supporting the Finance Business Partner in leading the Finance function and deputising when necessary.
- Inputting financial data onto the House mark for benchmarking with other Registered Social Landlords.
Key Skills:
- AAT fully qualified or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in preparing and presenting annual budgets.
- Experience in preparing and presenting Management Accounts to Managers, Executive, and Board Members.
- Experience in monthly reconciliation and supporting statutory accounts.
