Whatever the reason, this could be the role for you! Here at GXO, we are currently looking for an Area Cluster Manager to join our team in the Southeast of England supporting our new business win, SGN. You can be based at any of the sites within your cluster— Oxford, Epsom, Aldershot, Milton Keynes with regular travel expected between locations. As the Cluster Manager you will be responsible for the controlling and managing of multiple controlled and uncontrolled sites within your region while ensuring that the operation is managed effectively and efficiently, leading and monitoring productivity to ensure KPI’s are completed to meet Health and Safety Standards. This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00. With this being a regional role, we do ask for some flexibility if or when required.

What you’ll do on a typical day: Providing leadership and guidance for the management teams to enable them to meet objectives, encouraging open communication between them to address operational issues effectively and in a timely manner To monitor the depot’s operational activities ensuring that contractual obligations for customers are achieved, generating solutions for continuous improvement in service Collate and report the weekly production figures to support the creation of the weekly internal and customer KPI’s pack Liaise with HR in relation to operational/mamangement concerns and any other employee relations issues
