Summary: The role of API Tester involves joining a Financial Services/FinTech client in Edinburgh for a 6-month contract outside IR35. The position requires expertise in API testing and digital solutions, along with strong automation skills and experience in financial services projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to support a busy Digital Service Project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed hands-on testing across the full testing landscape.
- Perform API testing and testing of digital solutions and services.
- Utilize strong automation knowledge, ideally with Cypress.
- Leverage experience from financial services projects, particularly in pensions, investments, and savings sectors.
- Manage stakeholder communications effectively.
