Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and deploy end-to-end conversational AI agents and virtual assistants.
- Utilize Google Cloud Platform AI technologies, including Vertex AI and Dialogflow CX.
- Build and manage integrations between conversational agents and backend systems.
- Manage the full lifecycle of AI agents from proof-of-concept to production deployment.
- Craft and refine prompts for generative AI models to ensure accurate responses.
- Design natural conversational flows for voice and chat agents.
- Tune and optimize Natural Language Understanding models and AI agent performance.
- Ensure high-quality, on-brand AI-generated content adhering to responsible AI principles.

Responsibilities
This role's responsibilities are divided into two primary areas: Al architecture and prompt engineering.
Architecture & Development / Support
Design and Implement Al Solutions: Architect, design, and deploy end-to-end conversational Al agents and virtual assistants platform Expertise: Utilize a deep knowledge of Google Cloud Platform AI technologies, including Vertex AL, Dialog flow CX, Conversational AI (C Integrations: Build and manage integrations between conversational agents and various backend systems, APIs, and other Google
Lifecycle Management: Manage the full lifecycle of AI agents, from initial proof-of-concept to production deployment and ongoing best practices.
Prompt Engineering & Conversation Building
Prompt Design: Craft and refine prompts and instructions for generative Al models to ensure accurate, relevant, and helpful resp Conversation Design: Design natural and effective conversational flows for both voice and chat agents. This involves defining us Agent Tuning: Tune and optimize NU (Natural Language Understanding) models and Al agent performance through data analysis and Content & Ethics: Ensure that Al-generated content is high-quality, on-brand, and adheres to responsible AI principles
