This is an exciting opportunity to be an Advanced MSK Clinician in Rheumatology within an integrated community MSK, pain, & rheumatology service based in Mid & South Essex!
Cora Health have been delivering community MSK, pain & rheumatology services in South West Essex since 2015. Following a recent procurement process, Cora Health’s service delivery will be expanded across Mid & South Essex from April 1st, 2026. This is an opportunity to join an established multidisciplinary team during an exciting phase of growth.

About the role
As part of the Community Rheumatology Service, you’ll be a key part of the multi-disciplinary team including Physio’s, OT’s, APP’s, Nurses, GPwSI’s and Consultant’s; as well as working alongside our wider MSK service and Community Pain Team.
The role is focussed on expert assessment and management of potential Rheumatological patients. You’ll be highly skilled in the assessment and management of this patient group. This could include but is not limited to; evidence of specific training in this area, injection therapy, bloods ordering and interpretation skills, radiological imaging skills, independent prescribing and ultrasonography. Some of these skills we would support once in the role.
You will help develop and influence the design of the service, ensuring you maintain strong relations with the existing service provision within the hospital that is to focus more on the management of high-risk complex patients.
Whilst undertaking comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs, you must formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge is achieved.
