You will need to Demonstrate a sound knowledge base of the Care Act, Safeguarding and other relevant Adult Social Care legislation and how it applies in practice. Demonstrate a technical ability to effectively apply the Care Act criteria in practice and undertake robust assessments of need, Mental Capacity Assessments (where applicable) and person-centred Care and Support Planning.
