Summary: The Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Architect role involves leading the design and delivery of enterprise-level AEM solutions, shaping architecture, guiding technical strategy, and driving innovation in digital transformation projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable AEM solutions for web content management and digital experiences.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams on AEM best practices.
- Translate business needs into robust technical specifications and architectures.
- Lead migration from Legacy CMS platforms to AEM.
- Define and maintain architecture standards, documentation, and DevOps practices.
- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and scalability requirements.
- Integrate AEM with enterprise platforms like CRM, DAM, and marketing automation tools.
Key Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience architecting and implementing AEM solutions.
- Knowledge and experience of AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and integrations.
- Expertise in Java, JCR, Sling, OSGi, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud-based AEM deployments (Adobe Managed Services).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Agile development experience.
