Summary: The Adobe Analytics Manager role is focused on configuring, implementing, and maintaining Adobe Analytics and Data Collection tools to deliver actionable insights and drive data-informed decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain internal and third-party tags for data capture across digital assets.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity, troubleshoot discrepancies, and address tracking issues.
- Define and track key metrics for Adobe Analytics, achieving data-driven objectives.
- Work with Marketing, Product Management, UX/UI, and Development teams to understand data needs, track KPIs, and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with the wider analytics team to measure and value website changes.
- Establish practices for data privacy, compliance, and security.
Key Skills:
- 7+ years' experience in Adobe Data Collection and Analytics.
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Excel, and data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Ability to work independently, design solutions, write technical documentation, QA, and troubleshoot data collection code.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Working knowledge of WebSDK and Customer Journey Analytics.
- Experience solving onsite problems using Analytics tools, including debuggers (Omnibug, Ghostery, etc.).
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Adobe Marketo platforms.
