Job Description We are currently looking for an Administration Officer to join our Northam-based team on a full-time basis.

The Role The Administration Officer plays a key role in managing the office environment; including document control, correspondence, processing invoices, take meeting minutes, contract administration, filing and other general administrative / secretarial duties.

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: Proven experience in office administration/ secretarial work; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Well-developed organisational skills; Ability to work effectively, both autonomously and in a team; Good computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office, (particularly in Word & Excel); An outgoing personality and professional integrity; Current WA driver's licence.
