Overview Key Duties (Including but not limited to): The entities that the Company works with range from FTSE100 and global (re)insurers to smaller specialist insurers. You get the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects from Solvency II support (eg IMV and Capital modelling support) to Financial Transformation projects to supporting our Deals team in large fast moving transactions. For their audit work they review clients’ reserving and capital assessments and forming their own independent assessments – this is the process they use widely when they provide specialist support on audits.

Qualifications Required The successful candidate must be nearly or newly qualified actuary. They will have experience of working in a non-Life Actuarial Function or a Non-Life Consultancy with direct UK experience Experience Required Risk Pricing Model Development: Hands-on experience building models using one or more of the following platforms: Akur8, Quantee, Optalitix, HX Renew, Earnix, or Radar. Modern Optimisation Techniques: Strong understanding of contemporary optimisation methods applied in pricing or underwriting contexts. Replatforming Experience: Proven track record of migrating pricing models from legacy tools (e.g., Excel raters) to modern platforms or frameworks.
