Summary: Moog Aircraft Group is seeking experienced Assembly & Test Technicians for a 12-month fixed-term contract at their Wolverhampton facility. The role involves assembling and testing flight-critical actuators with a focus on precision and quality in the aerospace industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly and test of flight-critical actuators and subcomponents with high precision and accuracy.
- Using measuring equipment such as micrometers, vernier calipers, and height gauges to inspect component parts.
- Working from engineering drawings and component maintenance manuals.
- Completing quality audits and taking responsibility for various aspects of the A&T process, including the release to service of repaired actuators.
Key Skills:
- Apprentice trained (or equivalent level of qualification) ideally within Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience within an engineering/manufacturing role is essential, ideally within aerospace or related industries.
- Good knowledge of assembly and test manufacturing.
- Competent in reading and following different set procedures.
- Experience working within an aerospace quality system is desirable.
- Dynamic and proactive attitude.
- Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained for this role.

About Onsite Wolverhampton, GBR Moog Aircraft Group is seeking experienced Assembly & Test Technicians to join our team at our Wolverhampton facility on a 12-month Fixed term contract.
