Summary: The Facilities Operations Manager will oversee the management of Facilities Operations across EMEA locations, focusing on enhancing workplace experiences and fostering internal culture. This role requires collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and effective management of facilities. The position is full-time and temporary, based in London or Dublin, and reports to the EMEA Regional Facilities Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of Facilities Operations in traditional and serviced offices across the EMEA Region.
  • Ensure the delivery of best-in-class workplace experiences for all employees and contingent workers.
  • Collaborate with the Planning and Projects team for successful delivery of new workplace spaces.
  • Manage relationships with landlords, managing agents, contractors, and local vendors.
  • Control business-critical/emergency situations and resolve them promptly.
  • Oversee customer service delivery across all EMEA sites.
  • Align standards for hard and soft services, including PPM delivery and events management.
  • Manage Facilities budget and forecasting across sites.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the facilities environment.
  • Produce and communicate management information, including financials and KPIs.

Key Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent people management skills with a vision for future development of the FM function.
  • Strong client relationship management abilities.
  • Experience in vendor contract management.
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Capability to handle high-level communication with EMEA leadership.
  • Experience in facilities operations/management in multinational corporations.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Third-level qualification, preferably in property, facilities, or operations.
  • 3 years of experience in multi-site/campus facilities operations management.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Experience in a multi-office environment across multiple time zones.
