Summary: The Partner Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in executing the channel marketing strategy for EMEA mobility partners, particularly focusing on retail marketing operations for RL products and services. This position requires collaboration with various teams, including Product Management and Business Development, to enhance customer acquisition and retention. The successful candidate will lead marketing initiatives, manage budgets, and optimize marketing programs while presenting key strategies to stakeholders. Strong communication and relationship management skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop go-to-market EMEA retail channel marketing strategy in collaboration with RL Category and Product Marketing teams.
- Build programs to optimize awareness, trial, conversion, and retention of Meta RL users across multiple products and services.
- Lead and execute marketing and merchandising initiatives with EMEA retail partners within agreed budgets and KPIs.
- Continuously measure, manage, and optimize marketing programs to drive efficiency and recommend necessary tools and processes.
- Oversee channel co-marketing and OPEX budget management, focusing on performance metrics.
- Present key marketing programs to retailer partners, executives, and business development teams.
- Manage content and campaign activities across retailers to ensure brand standards are met.
- Identify new channel marketing opportunities in EMEA and position them for review.
- Coordinate marketing elements of regular marketing reviews, including performance metrics.
- Deliver and receive feedback on sales/marketing metrics and personal performance.
Key Skills:
- 4 years experience in Channel Marketing or a similar field.
- Demonstrable achievement with consumer technology brands.
- Experience in building go-to-market strategies across digital and physical retail channels.
- Knowledge of key advertising metrics such as CPC, CPA, LTV, and ROAS.
- Understanding of Gross Margin Return on Investment (GMROI) and inventory turns.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
- Effective conflict management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with challenger/new business technologies.
- Creative/Design background is a plus.
- Experience executing a direct-to-consumer physical retail strategy.
