Summary: The Oracle ERP & Integrations Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing the technical health and support of Oracle ERP Cloud systems and integrations. This role involves managing testing cycles, production support, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of technical projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise application development and a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP. The position is contract-based and allows for remote work with milestone-based travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the technical health, stability, and end-to-end support of assigned Oracle Fusion ERP and edge applications.
  • Serve as the main technical point of contact for application-related incidents, complex enhancements, and major releases.
  • Ensure application availability, performance, and scalability meet or exceed business expectations.
  • Partner with external vendors and internal business teams for rapid issue resolution and high-quality enhancement delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date application documentation, architecture diagrams, and standard operating/support procedures.
  • Drive inbound and outbound integration workflows utilizing APIs, OIC, FBDI, and BIP.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application, interface, and data integrity issues.
  • Coordinate technical deployments and rigorous release validation activities.
  • Actively participate in production support operations and major incident resolution efforts.

  • 12+ years of enterprise application development and support experience.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM modules.

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle ERP & Integrations Technical Lead to serve as the key technology representative for our Oracle ERP Cloud ecosystem, EDI integrations, and edge applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will oversee multiple critical testing cycles (SIT, UAT), manage production support, and lead release activities while coordinating seamlessly with business stakeholders, functional teams, QA, external vendors, and offshore development resources.


Key Responsibilities

Application Ownership & Leadership
  • System Health: Own the technical health, stability, and end-to-end support of assigned Oracle Fusion ERP and edge applications.
