Summary: The role of Project Manager / Site Manager involves overseeing the day-to-day delivery of a high-end fit-out project for a prestigious health club, office, and restaurant in South West London. This senior site-based position requires strong leadership and coordination skills to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The successful candidate will manage subcontractors and liaise with various teams throughout the project lifecycle. This position is offered on a 12-month+ contract basis with a respected contractor in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the construction programme and monitor progress against key milestones
- Lead subcontractor coordination and oversee daily site activities
- Maintain exceptional health, safety, and quality standards
- Produce regular progress and site reports
- Oversee procurement and delivery scheduling
- Manage snagging and final handover
Key Skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project or Site Manager / No.1 on Site
- Proven background in prime or listed residential projects
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Proficient with Asta Powerproject or Microsoft Project
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold) and First Aid certified

An established and highly regarded prime commercial and fit-out contractor with over 35 years’ experience is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager - Site Manager to join on a 12-month+ contract.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial Project Manager / Site Manager (Number 1 on Site) to take full responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of a Prestigious Health Club / Office and Restaurant high-end fit out project in SW10.
This is a senior site-based role, overseeing all aspects of delivery to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You will lead site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and liaise directly with the client, design, and commercial teams.
