Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert with implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
- Interact with customer process consultants and business SMEs to gather business and technical requirements.
- Analyze requirements, identify cross-functional impacts, and provide optimal solutions.
- Provide leadership in discussions with customer teams regarding solution options.
- Coordinate with different tracks to drive optimal solutions and project milestones.
- Ensure optimal design delivery and resolve any issues.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Understand business requirements and map them to proposed designs.
- Work on multi-currency, exchange rate, multilingual environments, and legal requirements for European countries.
- Lead Super User training and support training-related activities.
- Coordinate with other tracks for end-to-end business process delivery.
- Support finance-related configurations and data conversions.
Key Skills:
- 12-15 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
- Experience in at least two/three full-fledged implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (Record to Report, Account Receivables, Account Payables, Projects)
Responsibilities
Should be a Subject Matter Expert with implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (Record to Report, Account Receivables, Account Payables, Projects).
Interact directly with customer process consultants and business SME to gather business and technical requirements
Analyse requirements for different areas, identify cross- functional impact, and provide the optimal solutions to meet requirements end to end
Provide cross- functional leadership in conversations with customer teams and convince on solution options and decisions
Coordinate with different tracks to drive an optimal solution and various project milestones from a solution perspective
Be responsible for ensuring optimal design is delivered to the customer, and any issues are resolved
Recommend process improvements and automations opportunities wherever applicable
Required
Should be able to understand Business requirements and map them to proposed Designs.
Experience on multi-currency, exchange rate, multilingual environment, legal and statutory requirements for European countries, different time zones, localization
Experience on European VAT.
Ability to work on requirement gathering, design for global rollouts, Analysis of key business documents and solution as per the legal and statutory needs
Experience in at least two/three full-fledged implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
Implementation experience of European countries
Testing and deployment of custom solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
Onsite-Offshore communication and work management
Leading Super User training and supporting other training related activities
Coordination with other tracks for delivery of end-to-end business processes
