Summary: Experienced Integration Delivery Manager needed for a 6-month contract focused on Oracle HCM Cloud transformation, particularly in Workforce Management and Time & Labour. The role involves leading end-to-end integration delivery across HCM, Oracle EBS, and third-party systems, ensuring successful program outcomes through collaboration with stakeholders and SI partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver integration design, build, testing, deployment and transition
- Own milestones and manage SI partner delivery
- Lead integrations across Workforce Management, Time & Labour and Payroll
- Manage risks, dependencies and cutover to BAU
- Engage stakeholders across business, IT and suppliers
Key Skills:
- 8+ years' Project/Delivery Management experience
- Strong Oracle HCM integration background
- Proven expertise in Workforce Management & Time & Labour (OTL)
- Experience with Oracle EBS and third-party integrations
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management
Salary (Rate): £700 per day

Integration Delivery Manager (Oracle HCM - Workforce Management)
6 Month contract (Reading/Hybrid)
Up to £700 p/d
Experienced Integration Delivery Manager required for a major Oracle HCM Cloud transformation, with a key focus on Workforce Management and Time & Labour (OTL).
You'll lead end-to-end integration delivery across HCM, Oracle EBS and third-party/workforce systems, working closely with SI partners and stakeholders to ensure successful programme outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver integration design, build, testing, deployment and transition
- Own milestones and manage SI partner delivery
- Lead integrations across Workforce Management, Time & Labour and Payroll

Skills & Experience

Desirable: Utilities or similar complex environment
Tech/Tools: Oracle HCM, Oracle EBS, Azure DevOps, MSP, O365
Methodology: Waterfall/PRINCE2 preferred
